  • Benign tumors: Benign tumors solid growths are noncancerous. They can be uncomfortable, and they can occasionally cause shrinkage from the nipples, depending on their location. Going for the biopsy and examining the cells from the tumor under a microscope is the only way to detect cancer.
  • Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes in the breasts change during the menstrual cycle. Lumps may come and go systematically. Checking the breasts every month can help a person keep track of any change happening. you may have nipple discharge as well.
